 ARE YOU READY FOR ROCHESTER'S HARDEST MILE?   

This isn't your average weekend run. Rochester’s Hardest Mile is a high-energy athletic challenge built for youth, adults, and families (ages 13+) who are ready to test their limits, have fun, and connect with our community!

You’ll conquer a timed 1-mile course by running 400-meter intervals between four mandatory functional fitness stations designed to challenge your power and endurance:

• Station      1: Lunges
• Station      2: Burpees
• Station      3: Jump & Squats
• Station      4: Bear Crawls

The Perks:

• $250  Grand Prize for the fastest overall individual or team!
• Official  Finisher T-Shirt included with your registration.
• Access  to our Vendor Village featuring fitness gear, health resources, food trucks, and local makers.

• Individual Competitor: $25
• Team Registration (Up to 4 participants): $90

 Every registration fee directly supports Inspiring Forces II and our Pathways 2 Greatness program, providing year-round mentorship, life planning, and social-emotional learning for Rochester youth ages 8–18.
